定員：30人、高校生以上。申し込み多い場合抽選。

つながるようにギリと一緒にインド式ヨガよろしくお願いします。

Each session of 90 min of Yoga, Breathing and Meditation in English.
Autumn batch application starts from 5th September 2022 onwards.
Classes will be from 3rd October 2022.
Organized by Wakayama City Office
Limited to 30 persons High school students and above.
In case of overbooking, participants will be selected by Lucky draw by Wakayama City Officials.
