食品衛生責任者
定期的にヨガ・アユールベーダ中心の食事交流会や健康料理教室行っています。
日本の食品衛生責任者学びたくこの講座受けました。
ベジタリアンでアユールベーダ中心の料理店もできるのかな。。。
Participated and got certificate for taking part in food and its hygiene course （Food Hygiene Supervisor）conducted by Wakayama
Prefecture.
As Very often I conduct cooking class centering on Yoga and Ayurveda ideology by using natural, fresh, seasonal Fruits,
Vegetables and unprocessed food items.
It enhanced my understating on handling of food items.
