ヨガと茶摘みin 志賀野

日時： ５月１日（日） １０：００〜１６：００
場所： 旧志賀野小学校
〒640-1252 和歌山県海草郡紀美野町西野１１−１
定員： 約30名 （先着順） （10名より実行）
参加料： 3,500円、小学生1,500円 (大人、親子）大人だけの参加もＯＫです。
（含ヨガ、茶摘み（持ち帰り）、ランチ、自然の中ウォーキング）
旧志賀野小学校のグラウンドでヨガ
※雨天決行。雨の場合ヨガは体育館にて行います。

当日の流れ：
☆自然の中でヨガ
☆茶摘み、製茶、持ち帰り
☆ウォーキング
☆地元の食材のランチで交流
持ち物：
・ヨガマット又はバースタオル
・運動しやすい服装
・茶摘み持ち帰り袋、軍手

Fee: JPY 3,500/per person. JPY1,500/Elementary School kids
Fee includes: Yoga, Tea Harvesting, nature walk and seasonal lunch prepared by “Mirai de Shigano” volunteer group.
