桐蔭中学校でロコモ体操
2016年10月31日、桐蔭中学校にて学生の健康と教育活動「ロコモ体操」でスポーツ・ヨガの講師として招きいただきました。生徒たちと一緒に体操・ヨガ活動のいい機会でした。学生、少年たちは勉強も大切、健康も大切よいバラナスになればよいですね。最近の社会では子供たちゲームや機械にふれることが多く、外に遊ぶ機会は少ないのは健康的によくないです。姿勢がわるくなったり、筋肉力下がったり、体力さがったりすると教育にも影響します。運動のこの機会頂いた先生方と一生懸命体操・ヨガやっていただいた生徒たち皆さんありがとうございました。毎日少なくとも30分運動やヨガしましょう。年齢や男女問わずどなたでもできます。これからもよろしくお願いします。
It was an honor to be a guest Yoga Instructor on the occasion of ‘Locomo’ Student’s Fitness & Education event at Toin Junior High School in Wakayama on 31st Oct 2016
Thank you Teacher and administration who organized this event and gave me this opportunity to have sports activity with students. I believe these kind of sports and health related activities will help students overcome stress and enhance the physical health as well. As these days kids don’t get enough time to play open, outside as large families are turning to micro and parents don’t get time to spend the quality time with children. Further, the electronic devices such as video games, smartphone etc. are causing more health problems. Try to play outside as much as possible, avoid video game, smart phone and do Yoga or any other exercise at least for 30min in morning or in evening.
