醬油・みそとインド料理
(Followed by English) 丸新本家株式会社に打ち合わせに行きました。
日本の醤油発祥の地 湯浅の古式製法の醤油やみそを使ってインド料理教室でインド・日本の食文化の楽しい企画です。

Invited by Yuasa Soy Sauce limited company in Yuasa town Wakayama a birthplace of Soy sauce to discuss and conduct Indian cooking class at their Culture center by using traditional Soy sauce and Miso.
Upon finishing plant tour with hand on experience of Soy sauce making procedure, I was provided with various kind of Soy sauce and Miso to do the cooking experiment.
