ヨガ日々の修行

ナマステ!
2020年、2021年色々勉強の時期となり自分の能力、知識を増加しながらヨガ的の活動も行っています。
ヨガ活動や知識、国際ヨガデー、チャリティーヨガ、資格習得等によりインド政府局AYUSH省、インド政府局青年スポーツ省からも評価や証明書頂きました。

まだまだ色々勉強中です。

これからも学んだことを皆さんに広げてゆきます。
もう2021年後半ですね。時間立つのが早い。

皆さんもヨガ呼吸法日常に取組んでゆきましょう。

It gives me immense pleasure to share, conduct Yoga and Yoga related activities during this turbulent time. Activities conducted Online, Offline, Charity Work and are still going on. This time also shall pass.

It is also very much moral boosting by receiving appreciation and support from all well-wishers as well as Government of India, Ministry Of AYUSH,
Yoga Certification Board,
Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports,
FIT India Movement in association with
Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Dhanvantari Ashram Trust, Thiruannathapuram, Kerala,
Patanjali Yogpeet Trush Haridwar Uttarakhand,
Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram Chennai Tamil Nadu
and Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute & Research Center
to name a few.

Apart of these, 3 months traditional Yoga Study with Mahabodhi Yogpeeth,
ongoing learning of Shirmadbhagwat Gita Shloka,
Patanjali YogSutra,

other Yoga philosophy and learning still continue.
Whatever learned, sharing with others and trying to implement the teachings in daily routine and in life.

During these period got opportunity to present yoga in Yoga Festival 2021 Thrissur , Kerala India,

Yoga and Meditation presented in Kula Kamala Foundation Pennsylvania, USA

and Guest Speaker and Yoga presentation for World Yoga Day 2021 of 9 days event organized by Patanjali Japan Foundation,

Organized World Yoga Day 2021 in Wakayama in collaboration with Wakayama Sports Foundation.

Beach Yoga, Charity Yoga and many other Yoga related events are scheduled in coming days and months.

In the year 2020 and 2021 I found my objectives to learn and improve my skill & knowledge.
Also spending time with family and doing gardening for home grown vegetables.

Time has also taught to eat healthy and stay healthy.

We are entering second half of year 2021 and I hope you are also working on your goals and objectives. If not decided yet then there are many options to chose from. Something positive and constructive to keep ourself motivated.
